客人的到来
Guests are welcome to start arriving any time after 9 a.m. Unless otherwise marked, all seating is available.
学生名单
Graduates should line up at 9:45 a.m. on the Fifth 大街nue Streetscape (between Marston and Weter halls). See the undergraduate instructions page 了解更多信息.
转播画面
The ceremony will be livestreamed, and the link will be on the Commencement homepage a few days before the event. The livestream recording will be available for viewing after the event on the liverstream页面, but may not be available until a week or so afterward. 注意: No other videographers are allowed in any aisle or near the platform.
雨计划
If there is a forecast for severe weather, including heavy rain and/or thunder and lightning, the Rain Plan will be put into action. Students will receive email notification if and when the Rain Plan is put into action. If you do not receive a rain plan notification, it means the event will be outdoors as originally schedule. Please be sure to plan for the weather.
摄影
You are free to take photographs and video of this beautiful ceremony. We respectfully ask you to remain inside the designated seating areas, and not venture out into the aisles and pathways.
ADA座位
For guests using a wheelchair or walker, or who need a seat close to the sidewalk, please contact graduationinfo@joyerianicaragua.com. We can make arrangements for a few companion seats as well.
ADA下降
We recommend pulling into the Ross parking lot, directly across 3rd 大街. W. from 蒂芙尼循环, to drop off your guests before parking your car.
Sign Language Interpretation
There will be sign language interpretation at 艾薇切割. If you have a guest that needs to be seated close to the interpreter, please contact graduationinfo@joyerianicaragua.com.
食物 & 饮料
A number of campus dining options, selling hot beverages, snacks, and meals, will be open.
书店
The SPU 书店 will be open, 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. They will have any remaining regalia (caps, gowns, and tassels) available for purchase.
